The Meadows 1-5, St Merryn

We built 5 high spec new homes in the role of Site Management and Principal Contractor. Designed by the client and Atec design. They come with 25 year and 10 year insurance backed guarantees on the roofing and structural elements which ensure peace of mind for the new owners. Glass balconies were installed and created by us along with Structural Engineers Calculations. The building’s face is a mix of Cladco resin cladding, flint from Norfolk and traditional sand cement render to produce a unique contemporary look. Large glass windows and doors offer views to the Seven Bays.

Inside the buildings the tiles are Porcelanosa. Kitchens Leicht from Germany and sanitary wear is Rocca and Grohe. Glass and Oak staircases ensure continued flooding of light through the building.
